- 2 1/8 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups white sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 tin cherry sweetened
- Vanilla essence 1tsp
- Heavy milk cream 200ml
- 1 cup icing sugar
- gelatin 1/2 pck
- warm water 1/2 cup water

- 3/4 cup sugar
Direction for Black forest Cake
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two 9-inch round cake pans; dust with cocoa
- Using an electric mixer, on low speed with the paddle attachment, incorporate all ingredients slowly; mix until well-blended.
- Increase mixer speed to high; mix for two more minutes, scraping sides of bowl occasionally.
- Pour batter into pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes
- Check by a toothpick inserting in the cake, and remove see i should be clear.
- Them let it cool down.
Whipped cream Icing recipe
- Take a hand mixer better attachment or stand mixer bowel and whip attachment , First keep it the refrigerator before you start whipping the cream.
- Take Heavy cream pour in the bowl (I have used stand mixer) then start whipping at low speed and gradually increase the speed.
- Add icing sugar slowing
- In warm water add gelatin and mix it well keep at a side, as the gelatin hard.then heat it in microwave to warm
- Add gelatin to cream slowing so that it in-crop properly
- Add vanilla essence and icing sugar slowly
- Increase the the speed till the cream stand to the pick when lift the whipping attachment. keep in refrigerator.
Assembling the cake
- When cake is cool, cut the cake into two layers.
- Pipe the icing cream and spread the cream on the bottom layer and add cherry sauce
- keep the another layer on the top of the icing cake layer, see that the cake is in aligned properly. now speed the whipped cream on the cake first coat. the add one more coat.
Decorating the cake
- keep icing bag and star nozzle in fridge so that cream should be hard when decorating.
- assemble the bag and nozzle then fill the cream in the bag close it tight see that so air is in the bag.
- make some twirl on the cake and keep cherry on each twirl.
- grate chocolate and spreed it on sides of the cake and middle of the cake.
Cake is ready to serve
