Ugadi Pachadi Recipe - Flavors Of Life( Sweet, Salt, Bitter, Pungent, Spice, Sour)






Ingredients:-

  • Tamarind - Lemon size
  • Salt to taste
  • Jaggery - Lemon size
  • Pepper Powder - Pinch
  • Raw Mango Grated - 1 Cup
  • Neem(Margosa) Flower - Few
  • Muskmelon seeds - Hand full
  • Cashews - Hand Full
  • Water - 2 Cups

Direction Of Ugadi Pachadi Recipe:-


  • Soak Tamarind and make pulp
  • Soak jaggery make thick jaggery water.
  • Take Bowl(Traditionally we do in a mud pot) Add Salt , Pepper powder, Raw mango grated.
  • Now add tamarind pulp and jaggery water.
  • Add Water Mix well
  • Add Neem flower, Musk melon seeds, Cashews.
  • Ugadi Pachadi is Ready to serve.
