Naivedyam :- Perugu Annam
- 1 pinch chopped coriander leaves
- 300 ml curds
- 1 springs curry leaves
- 1 piece Ginger
- 1 number green chillies
- 1 pinch mustard seeds
- 1 tbsp oil or ghee
- 200 grams rice
- 1 to taste salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp urad dal
Direction Of Curd ric/Perugu Annam Recipe:
- Cook rice, adding salt. cool slightly.
- mix with curds and Milk
- chop green chillies and ginger fine.
- Heat oil add mustard seeds urad dal cumin.
- Add curry leaves saute for 2 minutes
- Switch off the fire and add seasoning to rice curds mixture.
