Naivedyam :- Perugu Annam



Ingredients


  • 1 pinch chopped coriander leaves
  • 300 ml curds
  • 1 springs curry leaves
  • 1 piece Ginger
  • 1 number green chillies
  • 1 pinch mustard seeds
  • 1 tbsp oil or ghee
  • 200 grams rice
  • 1 to taste salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp urad dal



Direction Of  Curd ric/Perugu Annam Recipe:

  1. Cook  rice, adding salt. cool slightly.
  2. mix with curds and Milk
  3. chop green chillies and ginger fine.
  4. Heat oil add mustard seeds urad dal cumin.
  5. Add curry leaves saute for 2 minutes
  6. Switch off the fire and add seasoning to rice curds mixture.
  7. Perugu annam ready to serve as naivedyam for .
