Dondakaya (Tindora/Ivy Gourd) Curry Recipe






Ingredients :-
  • Tindora (Dondakaya) - 1/2kg
  • Onion - 1
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1tbsp
  • Red chili powder - 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder - pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Coconut powder - 1tbsp
  • Oil -1tbsp
  • Chopped Corinader leaves
Direction of Dondakaya (Tindora/Ivy Gourd) Curry Recipe:-
  • Clean and cut Tindora (Dondakaya).
  • Chop Onion.
  • Take pan heat oil , add Onion , ginger-garlic paste, fry till it is golden brown.
  • Add Turmeric powder, Tindora cook it till leave raw smell and become tender. 
  • Add red chili powder, salt cook for 5mins.add coconut powder.
  • Mix it well garnish with Chopped coriander leaves.yummy and easy Dondakaya/Tindora curry is ready.
  • Serve with rice, roti etc...
