Bean Salad



Ingredients:


• 466 gm Black Beans (cooked and drained)

• 1 Bell Pepper (chopped)

• 450 gm Whole Kernel Corn

• 1 Jar Pimentos

• 3 Tomatoes (chopped)

• Juice of 1 lime

• 1/2 cup Italian Salad Dressing (optional)

• 8 Onions (chopped)

• 2 Jalapeno Peppers (optional)

• 1 cup Cilantro Leaves (chopped)

• 1 Avocado (peeled and diced ) (optional)

• 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt (optional)



How to make Bean Salad:

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients except garlic salt.

Now, season with garlic salt.

Toss and chill until serve.
