Curd Rice Recipe



















Ingredients:

  • Cup rice - 1 Cup
  • Water - 4 Cups
  • Cup curd - 1/2 Cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Few curry leaves 
  • Chopped Ginger  - 1 Tbsp
  • Green chilies Chopped - 4
  • Mustard seeds - 1 Tsp
  • Jeera/Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp
  • Urad Dal - 1 Tbsp
  • Pepper Corns - 1 Tsp
  • Oil - 1 Tbsp

Direction Of  Curd rice Recipe :

  • Clean rice and add 4 cups of water cook till is very smooth and soft.
  • Let it cool down to room temperature
  • Know mix curd and milk to rice 
  • Know add salt to taste mix salt well in rice.

Seasoning :

  • Take a small pan heat oil add chopped green chilies, Ginger, pepper corns, Cumin seeds, mustard seeds, Urad dal and curry leaves when they are poping. Add Seasoning in Curd rice mix well.
  • Yummy Curd Rice is ready to serve.
